O'Neil (died July 5, 2013) was a member of the United States Secret Service who served in the protection detail of President Benjamin Asher. He was killed by Kang Yeonsak when the White House was taken over by the Koreans for United Freedom, a North Korean terrorist organization.
Biography[]
President Asher's Detail[]
When Asher's presidency began, O'Neil was assigned to the Presidential Detail alongside fellow Secret Service agents Mike Banning, Mark Diaz, Dave Forbes, and Roma.
Olympus Has Fallen[]
O'Neil appeared on route from Camp David in an armored limo to the campaign fundraiser President Benjamin Asher. He and other agents exchanged a conversation with Connor Asher, the President's Son.
White House Crisis[]
18 months later, he, alongside Roma and Jones visited Mike and Secret Service Director Lynne Jacobs at a diner and was later at the White House to greet visiting South Korean Prime Minister Lee Tae-Woo.
As Washington and the White House came under siege by the K.U.F., he along with several Secret Service agents escorted President Asher and Prime Minister Lee to the P.E.O.C bunker. Suddenly, the Prime Minister's security detail revealed their true nature and, with the assistance of Dave Forbes, killed the bunker's occupants before taking the executive officials hostage. O'Neil was among the casualties as he was killed by Kang himself before he could do anything.
Legacy[]
O'Neil was avenged after Mike killed Kang and the remaining terrorists in the bunker. Later, after Mike saved President Asher and prevented a nuclear meltdown across America, O'Neil was posthumously honored by President Asher in his speech in the aftermath of the attack.

Agent O'Neil was portrayed by former MLB pitcher Lance Broadway in Olympus Has Fallen.
