Sultan Mansoor (died June 9, 2016) was a hacker for the Barkawi Arms Network and the brother of Raza Mansoor.
Biography[]
London Has Fallen[]
In 2014, a drone strike was authorized by G8 leaders to kill arms dealer Aamir Barkawi. Though the attempt failed, Sultan lost his legs.
Two years later, Sultan acted as the hacker for the militant group led by Kamran Barkawi. Sultan helped coordinate the attacks on the world leaders and in particular, President Benjamin Asher. After five of the G7 leaders were killed, he reported to Aamir that only Leighton Clarkson and Asher were left. He also caused a power blackout across London to make their attempts at locating Asher more easier. While chasing Asher, Sultan's brother Raza was killed by Mike Banning which Sultan was forced to witness over the radio.
During the attempted execution of Asher, Mike entered and opened fire, saving Asher. In the process, Mike shot Sultan several times in the chest, mortally wounding him. As Mike and Kamran struggled, Sultan pulled the pin on a grenade and dropped it in an attempt to kill Mike and Asher. The attempt failed, though it allowed Kamran to escape.
